Who we are
Tyndall Investment Management New Zealand Limited is one of New Zealand’s largest investment managers, and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Nikko Asset Management Co., Ltd., a leading Asian investment management company.
Tyndall is based in Auckland, New Zealand.
What we do
Tyndall actively manages approximately $NZ3.4 billion of investments for a select group of clients including trustees of superannuation schemes, charitable trusts, foundations, KiwiSaver scheme providers and other entities such as corporations, local government and other fund managers, as well as financial planners and investment product distributors.
Tyndall offers investment management services in domestic assets (equities, fixed interest and cash) through its Auckland-based investment team and employs carefully selected offshore managers to manage global assets (global equities, global bonds and alternative investments). Tyndall also manages socially responsible funds and embraces the United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment.
How we manage money
As an active investment manager, Tyndall takes a medium term approach and focuses on using its research-based information advantage to add value over time, to achieve its clients' investment objectives.
Tyndall believes in building long term relationships with its clients using proven investment processes and people – it has one of New Zealand’s longest standing investment management teams.
